I’ve used up the 1000 free minutes provided monthly, but my account has a $60 balance. After reaching the limit, the system is now asking me to contact the sales team and my assistants have stopped working. Why can’t I continue using the service with my existing paid balance? Please help urgently.

It's because free tier accounts hit a hard cap and require an upgrade or sales approval to continue usage, Email sahil@vapi.ai
