Hi,
We have two customers paying for different amounts of concurrencies. For context: they both have one phone number assigned each, and we are using Twilio for the phone calls. However, we are in discussion with companies who might use their own callcenter solutions and might need a more robust way of managing concurrencies for our customers than just limiting by the phone number (unless it's the only way).
Is there a way for me to limit the concurrency limit for their organisations?
Solution can be either through VAPI or Twilio - would be nice to hear how you have solved it in a nice way.
Thanks!

Are you currently using separate Vapi accounts for each customer, or are all customers managed under a single Vapi account? This information would help me recommend the most appropriate solution for implementing different concurrency limits for your organizations.
According to the documentation, Vapi's concurrency limits apply at the account level (not per phone number), while Twilio's limits depend on the number type and service plan.

@Vapi Support Bot all customers are managed under a single VAPI account
You can let me know the organization IDs, I will apply the concurrency limit specific to each organization. This should help you get unblocked. Do let me know if you require anything else.
