I upgraded my billing dashboard, because there were bugs with the last one. However, now it shows 0 in concurrency. I believe it is 10.

According to Vapi's documentation, the default concurrency limit should be 10 simultaneous calls. The 0 concurrency display could be due to a configuration issue during the dashboard upgrade. Did you buy 10 additional call lines before you upgraded? Or, did you just notice it says 0?
