Can someone explain how concurrency works? 1) If I have concurrency limit of 10 and I pass an array of 200 customers to start an outbound call, will it fail or just handle all calls by batches of 10 during longer time? 2) Does Elevenlabs, OpenAI or other voices/models have separate concurrency or it is backed in into the concurrency limit I can buy on billing settings?

By default, you are allowed to handle a total of 10 concurrent calls (combining both inbound and outbound calls). This limit is not related to the number of users. To handle more than 10 concurrent calls, you'll need to purchase additional concurrent lines through the dashboard. Additionally, you're only allowed to make 10 outbound calls per day using numbers purchased from Vapi.
