I save in Chromium on on computer, then open the browser in another computer logged into the same account and the voice config has not saved. then I open on the same computer on two different browsers and same issue. the whole day and $20 worth of spending to discover this problem - made me crazy! here is the agent ID: 7daa1f60-29cf-4be3-9b78-6d40ab48f306 you can imaging the snowball effect this has on the live voice agent!

The vapi UI is buggy right now. You have to make a change, then refresh the page, and THEN hit Publish. Then refresh the page again to verify it saved. I actually built a light-weight UI to save configurations using the Vapi SDK just to get around the weird UI issues.

If possible, could you record a loom video describing this error/behavior or inconsistency in the dashboard with the steps to reproduce it? since I started using Vapi like a month ago. I quickly came to the conclusion that the SDK was fairly solid, but the UI was evolving rapidly and kind of flakey

right, I burned hours and lots of credit not knowing I was saving config in an unstable UI - at least credit for the day is in order. and some idea of version in use would be helpful. n8n does a nice job of this

Hey guys, really sorry for your bad experience. We always try to minimize the errors/issues with the SDK, but right now, the current problem is UI state sync with the server state, and because we are distributed over multiple clients or machines, the multi-client state sync is an actual problem which usually takes a bit longer time to get resolved. There is no hard shortcut or an easy way to get it solved. We are trying more than our level best to solve these issues day by day. Please bear with us for some more time, and then eventually you won't be getting these issues ever again.
