Since yesterday my assistants are unable to trigger their tools. I mean i was working on a new assistant that has a tool that sends some info via a webhook to make.com. The tool worked perfectly, however the assistant didnt seem to be able to trigger it. after many rewritings of the prompt without any success I decided to try my other assistants. that was the moment I realized not even my old assistants were able to trigger their tools (assistants that worked perfectly and didnt touch them in a while). Why is this happening? Thanks in advance.

Make sure prompt references are clear, verify correct webhook response format with toolCallId, avoid Make.com delays, review logs for errors..

yeah, these are all things to take into consideration for any new assistants. what i dont understand is why my old assistants that i have not touched at all stopped running the tools. i mean 2 weeks ago there was no problem, and now they dont work, me not having made any changes in vapi or make.com whatsoever

Hey! To help track down this issue, could you share: - The call ID - When exactly this happened (the timestamp) - What response you expected to get - What response you actually got instead This would really help us figure out what went wrong!

there is no call id because i ran into this while testing the agent in the chat feature. I just expected the asistant to run certain functions and it is unable to. the prompt is not the problem, i assure you.
