I want to use Ring central with my vapi account to reduce costing as I want to make large amounts of calls using the voice ai agent I've created but it doesn't seem to be working so please help me.

Its not even allowing me to Test my agent.

@Mitchell please DM me - I may be able to assist. Connecting VAPI to RingCentral and other VoIP services can either be really easy, or in some case - impossible. Cloudonix makes the impossible cases easier, so if you're inclined to try a 3rd party connector tool - I'll be happy to assist and examine it. Will be happy to see how RingCentral will work with this anyway,.
