when I'm setting up a new Agent, when I click on the "Messaging" tab, the Publish button gets disabled and I'm unable to Publish..I have to refresh the page and start the configuration all over again

Doesn't happen for me in chrome, it would help support guys if you could provide a video, loom preferably, maybe with console opened as well (f12)

I'm using Arc(Chrome) as well.. will try and get a Loom here soon

Hey, really sorry for your experience. If possible, could you record a loom video describing this error/behavior or inconsistency in the dashboard with the steps to reproduce it?
