Issues with Concurrent Calls

Right now, I'm having an issue where I can only do 2 concurrent calls at a time even though I'm being billed for 18 calls. I added the additional lines because I thought I was being rate-limited. Any way I can get a refund on those 8 additional calls?

I understand how frustrating it must be to experience issues with concurrent calls, especially when you're being billed for more capacity than you're able to use. While I don't have specific information about refund policies or the technical reasons behind the concurrent call limitation, your feedback about the discrepancy between billing and service is important. If you have any other details about your setup or recent changes, feel free to share them, and I'll do my best to help clarify anything I can.

I'm using a script on Make to do 18 calls at once and using Airtable as the means of storing my call data. When my script runs, 18 phone numbers on my airtable are generated callIDs. However, only 2 of those calls will go through. The rest are marked as unknown in Vapi. Since my script is set up to have 18 calls going at once every minute, those 16 remaining calls just stay sitting in my airtable while my other calls progress at a rate of 2 calls per minute.

I see that you're running a script through Make to initiate 18 calls at once, with call data managed in Airtable, but only 2 calls are going through at a time and the rest are marked as "unknown" in Vapi. This must be frustrating, especially since you're being billed for a higher capacity. While I don't have information about refund policies or the technical reasons behind the concurrent call limitation, your description of the issue is clear and highlights a significant gap between your expected and actual service. If you have any more details about your setup or any recent changes, sharing them could help further clarify the situation.

@Techo1000 could be a limitation on your carrier side?
