Hi, I am connecting to my MCP server and have several tools. I am able to see the tool response in the call logs, however, some of the tool responses are not being played back until I respond back with any words (ex. Hello? etc..). If I do not respond, there is no conversation happening from the assistant side and it stays silent. This is the callID: 85212ff3-be3b-4d46-b837-939f08baaeb1 and this is the tool call ID: 1746782534478-fh45sxgch This also happened in the past but got fixed from your end. Can you provide more details as to why this is happening?

This is a serious mistake, like either you do it through prompting, setting the tool to async, or using the wrong model. But I'll take a look and reply to you.
