Hi, I am connecting to my MCP server and have several tools. I am able to see the tool response in the call logs, however, some of the tool responses are not being played back until I respond back with any words (ex. Hello? etc..). If I do not respond, there is no conversation happening from the assistant side and it stays silent.

This also happened in the past but got fixed from your end. Can you provide more details as to why this is happening?
