I am currently using this feature to transfer the call to a human after some time of AI conversation. will the live url keeps working to get the transcription of call even after transferring?

@Mahimai Raja Once the call is disconnected from the agent, the transcription is gone. The reason is very simple, the transcription in VAPI is used to facilitate the agent. If you want to transcribe the call with the human agent, you need to have call recording enabled at the human agent side, then integrate a transcription engine - such as aseembly.ai to do so.
