Silence Timeouts & No Transcripts

We've having issues with a lot of silence timeouts over the past two days (very unusual amount), and have noticed most of these calls are also not sending transcripts. Testing the calls ourselves though, the assistant actually does start to engage in a conversation and caller speaks back, but then randomly hangs up and no transcript is recorded at all. Could this attached default setting be causing the issue? The "confidence threshold" setting at 0.4 can cause transcripts to be filtered out if the transcribed speech falls below this confidence score, which may explain why no transcripts are being recorded for some calls. Try lowering the confidence threshold (e.g., to 0.2) to allow more transcripts through, especially for short or hard-to-transcribe responses.

Ok, we can try above but we really need to know if this could be causing the Silence Time Outs though as it's creating very frustrated customers.

@Pigeon we're using Nova 2 general en-AU. We switched to this due to the Australia accent and misinterpretations i.e. repeated asking for info, but can switch back to Nova 3 General en if that's causing the issue? @Shubham Bajaj You don't have anything available until 17th June in your calendar, which we cannot wait until to resolve the issue. Can we investigate and resolve sooner please?
