Hello VAPI team,
I’m experiencing an intermittent issue with outbound calls.
I’ve set up a new phone number in my Twilio account and linked it to VAPI so that my assistant can make outbound calls.
The problem is that, in many cases, when I answer the call, I hear nothing — and the call record ends with either “silence timed out” or “customer did not answer.”
However, sometimes the calls work as expected.
