Issue with inbound calls

Hello, We are currently experiencing an issue with our calls. At the moment, only outbound calls are working properly. Inbound calls are not connecting. We would like to highlight that no recent changes have been made to our configuration. This issue started recently, and inbound calls were functioning normally before. We are using Twilio as our phone number (c59e3f3a-7803-4d9f-8cd9-b972b8c01a2f) provider, and the incoming call are not appearing in the logs either.
