Hey VAPI Support-Team, I have no opportunity anymore to sign into my existing account. When trying to login it only shows: "Sign in failed" in the lower right corner. I can't even reset my current password. Maybe you could send a manual email here? My mail address: lawless.metal_0t@icloud.com PS: When trying to login a few times it showed up the webseite of your ID-verification service which I ignored a few times. Right now it does not even show up anymore. Best regards,

Two days ago I was able to login again through a private window in Safari, now it was hanging and have the same issue again. And is it really needed to do this ID verification? By the way: Is there a way to change the email address? Since I use this temporary apple mail address I want to change to a real one. Thank you for you help!

Hey, you'll need to complete the ID verification to help us prevent spam on our platform. To change your email address, just create a new account with the new email, add your previous organization to that account, and then remove the old organization.

Hey Sahil, so my best way to go is to create a new account, verify through ID, change that organization etc, right? Sahil, are you an official VAPI support and can unblock my account again? I don't know exactly how to handle everything now. My voice agents are currently online and I have no access to them

Hey @Kings_big💫 & Sahil: I'd like to continue using my current account but I need to change the mail address. I have all my workflows in there and don't want to start all over on a new account. Is there any way to change the email address for my account?
