TRANSFER CALL NOT WORKING ANYMORE

Hi, I am in production . From Friday the transfer call tool failed. i read in various messages that this now requires workflow ? But when i create a workflow, i can not apply it to inbound calls! So how to get the transfer call tool to work with my standalone assistant for inbound call ? By the way, I almost lost my customer because of this breaking change and this looked very unprofessional. How to be notified when breaking changes like this happen ?

Hey GetInference, the ChatGPT 4.0 latest model doesn't supports tool calling, that's why it's not working for you. You have to switch the model to either GPT 4.0 or GPT 4.1

yes it worked for the few tests i did with gpt-4.1. now i need to monitor what happens when i scale to production again
