I tried to create SIP Trunk Credentials, but my number is not reachable. I filled in all the required information: domain, username, and password. These are the only details I received from my provider. After that, I created a phone number and linked it to my assistant. However, when I try to call my number from another VoIP phone, it says: Not found.

There is a good chance your configured phone number and the credentials provider don't fully align. In such a case, VAPI may return a SIP 404 error - Not Found.
