Havent been able to find any details in the docs - but is there any way (on an inbound call to an agent) to bypass the need to say something first? For example, if First message is blank, I want the agent to start its flow immediately. Or if first message isnt blank, I want it to start the agent workflow (like calling tools to get the user's name) Similar on tool calls, it always seems like it awaits user input before moving forward after the tool call is complete
