PlayHT Voices not Syncing

Hi, I've mentioned this issue before, but still not found a solution. None of my PlayHT voices will sync. None of them appear in appear in the library on Vapi, and when you enter the ID manually in the voice config, it says it doesn't exist. This is specifically with a voice clone. We have a customer looking for a few thousand minutes a month using this, but I can't progress with them without a solution here.

Please double-check that your PlayHT API keys are correctly entered in the Vapi dashboard under Provider Keys, then try syncing again from the Voice Library by selecting PlayHT and clicking "Sync with PlayHT." Yes, I am 100% sure they are correct, and have even tried a different PlayHT account

the voices we use are specific to the client. We cannot afford to wait..

I really wish I could help you right now, but we're swamped with a lot of work and can't get to it at the moment. I understand how frustrating this must be.
