I've uploaded many csv files in E.164 format, but it's still giving me an error. I've appended ', " to either the front or both front and back of the number strings, and it doesn't work. I've also added + to the variations, and they still don't work. The documents are also in UTF-8. Can anyone point me to what I'm doing wrongly?
