Since few days getting this issue. AI randomly stops providing post call analysis. I expect it to provide i)pass or fail ii) and few details set by me related to customer information

It’s clear that the post call analysis feature was working as expected until May 21, 2025, and then stopped providing results due to missing call transcripts. The system relies on these transcripts to generate pass/fail outcomes and customer details, so when they’re unavailable, analysis can’t be performed. The issue has been acknowledged and is being looked into, but there’s no new update or workaround available at this time.
