Hi Vapi Support, we've noticed an unusual behavior when accessing the same account from different devices or locations. While logging in with the same credentials, the interface and structure of the account appear to differ. For example: On one login, we see clearly organized folders created for agents. However, when accessing the account from another device, those folders are missing entirely and the interface looks different. Could you clarify what might be causing this? Are there known syncing issues or session-specific views that could explain this discrepancy? We’d appreciate your help in understanding and resolving this. Best regards,

We've encountered an issue while using the same Vapi account across different devices or users. Although I’ve created a folder structure to organize our agents within the account, those folders are completely missing when my colleague logs in. Instead of seeing the folders, he only sees all agents listed individually and unsorted on his dashboard. This happens every time — the folders never appear on his end. Could you please advise why this is happening and how we can ensure that the folder structure is properly synced and visible across all sessions using the same account?

Hey, right now we store information about the assistant in local storage, so it's not shareable across devices. We're planning to add it to persistent memory soon.
