I was trying to integrate Vapi with Ghl using Vapi new feature. I was receiving "Error in saving credentials". Though at first the integration was successful. Here is a video for more context screenrec.com/share/reD4UdQPwT Please has anyone encountered this error before. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1375399567587016704/1375400201052749884/Screenshot_115.png?ex=68318cc1&is=68303b41&hm=9b125a1a37cae32867f44bf6f2542ec205935bc0d22747fc3f8aa9c6c725a8a5&

Hey @Izzy-Automation , can you send me the org_id? I can take a look into it. Why it is throwing error.

Suggestion: Since the error message says "Account operation request denied," please double-check that your Vapi account has the necessary permissions to add or update provider credentials. If the issue persists, share your org_id with support (as requested by _kirito_7800) so they can investigate the error directly in your account context. For reference, GHL integration and credential management are handled in the Provider Keys section of the Vapi Dashboard ([documentation link](https://docs.vapi.ai/changelog/2025/5/8)). Would you be able to provide me the complete network request? If you don't how to do it. Lmk, will hop on a quick call and help you grab that data.

I am sorry, I don't know how to do that.

To resolve the "Account operation request denied" error when saving provider credentials, please double-check that your Vapi account has the necessary permissions to add or update provider keys. If you are not the account owner or admin, contact your organization admin to grant you the required access. Since you've already shared your org_id, the support team can now investigate further. For more details, see the [Provider Keys documentation](https://docs.vapi.ai/customization/provider-keys). Thanks for sharing the details. Based on the error message and documentation, this is likely a permissions issue with your Vapi account when saving provider credentials ([docs](https://docs.vapi.ai/changelog/2025/5/8)). Clarifying question: Have you recently changed your Vapi account role, organization membership, or permissions before this error started appearing?
