To help track down this issue, could you share one or two:
- The call ID
- When exactly this happened (the timestamp)
- What response you expected to get
- What response you actually got instead
This would really help us figure out what went wrong!

I would expect the bot to respond after the caller spoke for the first time

It was coming from 11labs. There was an outage on their end
