Hey y'all was up... I have one call centre they want 40 bots and gave the order and 1000 calls daily what should I charge him so that I can get something good in return And please anyone can tell me what are they charging their clients for inbound calls as well Thanks in advance

Vapi charges $0.05 per minute for calls, and this rate stays the same even after high usage. Additional provider costs (like Twilio, Deepgram, etc.) may apply, and Vapi offers volume discounts for enterprise clients if you commit to a consistent monthly volume. However, I do **not have information on what other call centers charge their clients for inbound calls**—only Vapi's own pricing is available in the documentation. Clarifying question: Would you like help calculating your total cost per day (including provider fees) so you can decide on a markup for your client? To estimate your daily Vapi cost:
Total daily minutes = 1000 calls × average call duration (in minutes)
Vapi cost = Total daily minutes × $0.05
Add any provider fees (e.g., Twilio) to this amount, then set your markup for profit. Note: I do not have data on what other call centers charge for inbound calls. Total pricing is 5 cents per minute which is Vapi charge + Underlying provider cost.
