05/30/2025, 9:44 AMhello, I need help with a solution for creating an inbound voice agent that will accept incoming calls but I want to add variables for things such as the voice agents name the business that it's representing and it's services. I need these variables to be fetched from my database using an associated phone number. Is this currently possible where the docs can I look for this?
