On May 27 ~4AM, my account was recharged dozens of times, a spammer made 300+ calls. I am now liable for $1000s on Twilio and vapi account frozen. It appears there were no transaction velocity controls for payments on vapi?? Wrote to support@Vapi but it bounced back. I have shut my app down completely temporarily. Can someone please contact me regarding my account so we can discuss and resolve.
