Problems with call transfers

I've been trying to set up call transfer for my assistant, but it just hangs up. I've tried everything thats available online but still nothing. It looks like the assistant is triggering the call because it says Assistant forwarded the call so I don't know if it is a Twilio thing, but I've also enabled everything involving call transfers over there. This maybe due to misconfigured transfer settings, invalid destination, or Twilio permissions, so double-check the transferCall tool, ensure the destination is valid, verify Twilio international call settings, and consider using Twilio’s <Conference> feature for better transfer handling.
