We had a temporary issue with insufficient balance on our telephony provider, which caused some calls to fail. However, that issue has already been resolved, and new calls should be going through normally.
The problem now is that we're receiving an error related to the simultaneous call limit (10 included + 15 extra) on every call attempt — even when trying just 3 or 5 calls — as if the full limit is being blocked by ghost calls.
We've had to completely halt our operations because of this, and we urgently need this to be resolved as soon as possible.
