I fully understand that Vapi uses a pay-as-you-go model in general. However, the $1000/month "Startup" plan clearly includes 7,500 bundled minutes โ and this is separate from the per-minute pricing model.
We are interested in this plan not for the pricing, but for the 100 concurrent calls it enables โ which is critical for us.
That said, since we are still in a testing phase, itโs important for us to know:
๐ Do the 7,500 included minutes roll over to the next month if they are not used? Or are they lost/reset at the end of each billing period?
This is a simple but crucial question for our planning. We want to avoid wasting value during the months with lower usage, which is why we need a direct answer to this.
