Vapi shuts down during the call "Silence Timed Out...

Hello Guys, I don't understant in the last 50 calls that I made my Vapi assistant it doesn't respond as it should, suddenly he is asking "Are you still there" like if the prospect doesn't talk, but the prospect talks and vapi its like it doesn't hear the prospect and its closing the call as "Silence Timed Out". From where the issue can be? Can somebody answer to it, I am really frustrated and can't understand what is wrong

Check the prospect’s microphone is working and permitted, reduce background noise, adjust Vapi’s endpointing settings for better speech detection, test calls on different devices or networks..

The tests we're made on different number and the result was the same. Vapi stopped suddenly and then was asking "Are you still there?" just as if the prospect wouldn't say anything, but the prospect was saying. The tests we're made to my phone as well.

I've also had succesfull ones, but most of them end up like this ones, with the issue that VAPI doesn't get any voice input from prospect, which you will notice from the call recording it does say something then is shutting down the call. I did made some changes either to off or livekit or vapi and I get the same error regardless of what smart endpoint I choose.

I've checked and the transcrabier that I was using was not appropiate with phonecalls, I was using 11labs and since I moved to DeepGram 5 out of 5 calls went right
Will make updates after more tests
