Suggestion:
Please check that your Zadarma number is correctly assigned to your intended assistant in the Vapi dashboard:
1. Go to
Build > Phone Numbers in your Vapi dashboard.
2. Click on your Zadarma number.
3. In the
Inbound Settings section, make sure your desired assistant is selected.
If the assistant is not assigned, the system may default to a generic message like "contact support."
After updating, test the inbound call again.
