My calls does not work any moore. There is a bug with eleven labs ?

I have the same error here. I didn't change anything from my part. I have an eleven labs subscription. On my call logs I see

Voice error: protocol_violation

. The calls simply stop. I then tried regenerating and reconfiguring the Eleven labs API key but this didn't help either. How can I see more detailed logs for this error?

Just to keep you in loop, there is an issue when using your own 11labs key and we are taking a look onto it. Meanwhile, if you remove the key it will fix it for now and then you can switch back.

@Sahil How would it be billed then if we are not using our own credits on elevenlabs account if we dont indicate api key?

11labs rollbacked the change and it should be working with your own key as well. We will be posting the RCA soon as we get the details from them.
