We had an agent we had built for integration with High Level. Everything tested perfectly on 6/16 and 6/17 in the morning. By 6/17 afternoon we began to get an error where our outbound voice agent would collect all info like name, email, address then when going to book the appointment we get responses like: -Temporary issue with system - It looks like there's a problem with our scheduling system - I'm currently unable to access our scheduling system. We did not change anything from the time it was working until it stopped working. We have used the knowledge bases & the ai assistant etc to troubleshoot that all of our settings and data is correct. Organization- info@10caratpros.com Assistant is NATA outbound voice 3 Example calls: Call Id# ec404184-24d7-4994-bb96-e466284a5c4d Call Id# ec9e7879-ae6f-4358-8729-c037b47fea1c Call Id#8aa93c55-db6d-479a-9fb2-cfacd2376e3b The agent should have been able to check appointment availability, offer appointments and book appointment but it said it could access the system etc.

Suggestion: Please reauthorize your GoHighLevel account in the Vapi Dashboard, as a lost or expired connection is a common cause for sudden scheduling system errors. - Go to Providers Keys > Tools Provider > GoHighLevel in your Vapi Dashboard and click Connect to reauthorize. This should restore the assistant's ability to access the scheduling system and book appointments. Thank you for sharing the failed call ids. Could you also share some call ids where it succeeded as well for our investigation?
