Suggestion:
Check that your inbound phone number is correctly assigned to your assistant and that the required tools are added to the assistant configuration. In the Vapi Dashboard, go to
Phone Numbers → [Your Number] → Inbound Settings and ensure your assistant (ID: 8abb285d-1052-4449-af0f-dc851e32bef2) is selected, and the tools are listed under the assistant's "Tools" section.
If the tools are not linked here, they won't trigger for inbound calls—even if they work for outbound calls.
