Error connecting calls

Hi VAPI team, We’re currently facing a critical issue with outbound calls. Until recently, we were successfully making outbound calls in batches of 10 without any problems. However, VAPI has suddenly stopped working as expected: the calls are connecting, but there’s no audio — neither the voice agent nor the callee can be heard. It seems as if the audio generation or transmission is failing. Additionally, the call logs are no longer loading in the VAPI dashboard — the page stays stuck in a loading state indefinitely. This makes it even harder to troubleshoot the issue from our side. We’ve already ruled out any problems with our telephony provider (we tested it separately and it works fine), and we’ve confirmed that we still have sufficient credits in both VAPI and ElevenLabs. So we believe the issue is internal to VAPI, potentially related to audio routing or service instability. We would really appreciate the chance to jump on a quick call to help resolve this issue as soon as possible. We’re running an active campaign that involves making around 2,000 calls per month, so this disruption is quite urgent for us. Thanks in advance for your help — looking forward to your response. However, my agents that use my own custom eleven-labs voices are working.
