issue when the assistant is calling a tool function and it keep repeating, give me a moment, give me sec, just a sec...its so annoying it messes up the calls with customers

The assistant is attempting to call the tool, but it fails over and over again. Try adding logic to the prompt to try different times when the booking fails so it doesn't try to call the tool with the same value when it failed the first time. Instead of calling a tool to get the date and time, you can just inject the current date and time into the prompt to give the assistant context. Use this format:

The current date and time is {{"now" | date: "%A, %B %d, %Y, %I:%M %p", "America/Los_Angeles"}}

Hi @hobzyx You need to go to tool >> Messages add new message and Set Request Start with no message by default there are system default message. Same problem i'm facing like -- Hold a sec -- One moment. Using this fixed it.
