Any idea why this hangup command is sent after 15 seconds from call initiation. The logs say the assistant did not receive customer audio, which caused the assistant to hang up.

Thanks. I'm trying to increase ring time. So this command is issued during ringing, and I just want to ring for a while. like 45 seconds atleast
Is there a setting for that?

Hey there! As of now, we don't expose this parameter to increase the ringing time. However, if you'd like to see it implemented, you can raise a feature request for it. Once we have a sufficient workforce, the team will work on it. If you'd like to see this feature on our platform, feel free to add it to the feature request list here:

Okay, I'm just wondering why does it ring longer with Twilllio phone numbers?

Twilio, by default, has a longer ring timeout compared to Telnyx. This results in a longer timeout for Telnyx. You can raise a feature request for this and even request an increase for Telnyx. There's no doubt about that. If it's an urgent fix for you that's blocking some operations or production, please let me know, and I'll see what I can do.
