Hi Francisco! You need to check with the Telnyx team regarding this matter. Please find out what authentication plan you need to configure for your Telnyx account. Only after that will you be able to import your number to VAPI. This requirement comes from Telnyx, not from our side.

ps. problem solved on the next day it worked again, without any telnyx updates
