URGENT - Can't Access My VAPI Account, Multiple Cl...

06/26/2025, 11:05 PMI'm experiencing a critical issue with my VAPI account that's preventing me from accessing all of my client agents, and I really need your help to resolve this as soon as possible. Here's what's happening: When I try to log into my account, everything seems fine at first. I enter my credentials without any problems, but then the system asks me to verify my identity using my ID and face verification. I complete this step successfully, but then the verification screen just keeps loading forever. It never gives me an approval message or actually lets me into my account - it just sits there spinning indefinitely. Facing this first time and this is becoming a serious problem because all of my client agents are stored in this account, and I can't access any of them right now. I have multiple clients depending on these agents, and this situation is starting to affect my business operations. I've tried everything I can think of on my end.... clearing my browser cache, trying different browsers, using different devices, and even waiting for extended periods hoping the verification would eventually complete. Nothing has worked so far. Please help

06/26/2025, 11:18 PMthe UI is hard to navigate but its possible to change settings through mobile, that's what I've been having to do to avoid losing clients lol
