Hey. In the "Integrations" tab - I am trying to connect ElevenLabs account to Vapi account by using API token When I input API token I have an error "The provided credentials are not valid". Please help me solve this problem. This happens because you’re using a free-tier 11Labs API key, switching to a paid plan and generating a new unrestricted API key usually fixes this. If you’re already on a paid plan, regenerate the key and ensure it’s correctly pasted in Vapi → Integrations tab..

Can you send the screenshot from 11labs where you see production API key?

Thanks for your quick reply! Yes, ElevenLabs account is paid but the API key was restricted so I made it unrestricted. Now it works, thank you!
