Im using Make.com in order to make outgoing calls with my assistant, seems that transcript is missing on the endcall report and im getting Summary as “I apologize, but the transcript of the call was not provided. please provide the transcript so I can summarize the call for you”. What can I do?

Enable transcript and end-of-call messages in your Vapi assistant settings, set the Server URL to your Make webhook, and re-enable the analysisPlan via API if it's missing..

Its already enabled.. seems that sometimes its missing from the end call report.. IDK why

Add a 3–5 secs delay or closing phrase before ending the call, then wait 60 secs after receiving the end-call report and fetch the full transcript using the /call/{call_id} API to ensure it’s captured reliably..
