I recently had a problem with a developer. I removed him. Shortly after, I am no longer able to log in. When I verify my identity, it says successful, but then it just hangs while "verifying" on vapi. Long after the 1 to 3 minute window. I have tried this multiple times over several days and emailed support. My concern is that he intentionally sabotaged my account, or that there are charges racking up. Lost password simply generates an error.

I appreciate the help, but when I clicked the link to reset my password, it simply got me in with no opportunity to reset. I tried to log out and log in again, it said it expired, and I tried logging in again and it required the verify, and it errored when I tried the reset password link again. Can you give it another shot?

thank you. It simply logged me in, and then I went and updated the password manually. I think it's all set now.
