06/30/2025, 9:46 PMA person keeps filling in our website form to make our voice ai call his numbers. He keeps doing this with multiple numbers around the world and repeating the same sentence again and again just to drain all our credits. What can I do? Can't block as he keeps using new numbers

06/30/2025, 11:07 PMAdd rate limits per IP or user, require CAPTCHA, monitor for repeated patterns same text or region, and block suspicious or VoIP numbers, layered defenses like this will prevent credit-draining exploits..

1. Limit your calls to the region you operate in
2. Prompt the AI to hang up the call if call is clearly fake
3. Block all numbers that abuse your service

07/01/2025, 1:43 PMif your system is calling the abuser, then begin to track IP for your forms, and if find a way to set up custom logic so the same IP cannot submit twice, or if it is submitted more than once, it requires human intervention

07/01/2025, 9:31 PMThanks for input everyone. This guy has been using numbers from different countries and playing the same audio clip to trick the ai into a conversation. He's using a script as making our system dial out many calls at once. @Shubham Bajaj please check DM for details.
