I signed up last night actually and then was logged out and since then i am unable to log in due to the same issue you have described. Sign in, taken to ID verification site, take photos of ID, back to Vapi site saying its verifying my ID and it will take 1 to 3 minutes, wait 30 minutes and same screen sitting there. Unable to log in at all to use my account
