Campaign Outbound Only Calling First Number
# support

For my outgoing campaign, why is it only calling first number? I have triple checked formatting of all columns and values. Anyone else face this issue?
c
Rename the CSV column to
number
, use E.164 format, pass multiple numbers via
customers
array in API, increase concurrency limits, and remove any
schedulePlan
delays..

@Kings_big💫 this is the file I am using with what u said and I did schedule now on the UI. Still only triggering the first number. my concurrency limit is 10. My campaign ID is 2191a1cd-8715-445e-8713-1807f309793b

Vapi UI scheduling only triggers the first number, to call multiple numbers, use the API with a customers array and schedulePlan to batch and schedule calls properly..

So... It worked for me normally, no need to use API
c
checking if this is resolved/solved for you?
n
For UI, it only does the first number for me. Is that what it is supposed to do?

Hey np, Kyle's actually out on an offsite right now, but he'll be able to dive into this for you on Monday, and help figure out the best approach for your setup. Regards, Shubham Bajaj Solutions Engineer
It should initiate as many calls as your concurrency limit allows, unless you are using a VAPI free number which has a hard limit of 10 outbound calls a day and if you happened to make some outbound calls earlier in the day it would prevent you from making some of the calls
