When a carrier calls, we want the AI agent to know which load they’re calling about, based on that extension — before the voice flow begins. Hi Karyna, Vapi.ai doesn't support reading DTMF inputs during inbound calls yet. This feature is in development and will be available in the future. For now, you might want to use post-call data capture as an alternative.
