Hello i cannot connect to my account anymore. I go through the entire valuidation process (i did it with a lot of different computer or browsers) but everytime it is stuck at the page : We are processing your uploaded documents to verify your identity. This can take 1 to 3 minutes. If there is a problem processing your documents, you may be asked to try again. This screen will close automatically once your identity is verified. Someone can help please?!! It's crazy i cannot connect to my agent anymore!
