Getting Blank Calls, Need Urgent Help

Several Calls made both through SDK, and inbound phone number - all went totally blank
Can we check what is causing this please?

07/10/2025, 9:43 PMThe Voice Provider was set to Vapi, and this was the ONLY difference between agents that worked (ElevenLabs) and ones that didn't, over the course of a few hours.
Was there an outage?

\- When exactly this happened (the timestamp)
\- What response you expected to get
\- What response you actually got instead
This would really help us figure out what went wrong!
