Is there a way for vapi / agent to automatically forward calls during set times for example between 1pm and 3 pm to transfer the caller to my cell phone and not use the AI prompt and from 3pm to 11pm to use the AI prompt if so how do I set this up? Thanks

Create a dynamic transfer tool with an empty destination array, then using a webhook `transfer-destination-request` to check the current time and route calls to your cell phone between 1 PM–3 PM, and to your AI assistant from 3 PM–11 PM, adjusting for your local timezone..
